I want to put diff guards on, the QT type, and I don't think it will fit with them on. What are the implications of taking it off? jad Posted April 3, 2010 Share Posted April 3, 2010 I beleive its a mass resonator or something to that nature. Its meant to stop vibrations but a garage have told me it will probably make no difference if you have mud tyres fitted.
