Simon24freelander
Hi still loving my freelander, just one thing that I am not sure is right, it is a TD4 Auto, and very smooth except when in D but with the foot on the brakes, and stationary, when the steering wheel vibrates quite a lot, there is a vibration generally through the car, but I put this down to it being a diesel. When taken out of D and in N the vibration stops. It also seems not as bad on hills. Wondering if they are all like that or if there may be an engine mount problem or something else similar. All suggestions appreciated as I am taking it back to the dealer to see what they think and dont want to be fobbed off. Thanks Simon
Dorsetfreelander
There should be no vibration like this, sounds like an engine mount problem. My TD4 auto is very smooth in all situations. Is it the same in R with the brakes on?
