rog k
Hi I have bought a set of aluminium side steps from Direct 4x4 for my 2002 Freelander 2.0 TD4 ES and they supplied a set of bolt like hooks that go into the box sections.I have found these quite difficult to tighten up after looking on this forum I see you can fit Rivnuts into the holes and these are better. Please can someone tell me what size Rivnuts to get as I have seen them on E-bay for sale and I want to get the correct size for the holes on my vehicle. Thanking you in advance. Roger. Ps I am not a very good mechanic but I like to have a go.
K88 MUD
You need a rivnut to take a 6mm bolt and a tool to put them in.
