Can I mount a 265/75/16 tyre(on alloys wheels) to the stock bulkhead spare mount?

If not where can I find a bracket to accomodate the bigger tyre?

My 245/75/R16 spare is touching the tub floor on what I assume is the stock mount.

So I'd say no with that bigger size.

Are there any offset or relocator brackets availible for the bulkhead mount?

Getting something made would not be hard, do consider the weight of the entire wheel over stock though, you probably also want a kick-back block that holds the bottom of the spare snug against the bulkhead and greatly reduces the chances of it coming loose in a major collision.
