Les Henson
Was the fuel system previously drained for some reason? What method have you been using to try to start the engine? Les.
disco tom
not that i am aware of a fuel drain, to start i have filled fuel filter to brim and primed on lift pump and spun engine over with injector pipe loose/off thanks for replying
Les Henson
To get the fuel from 'one side of the pump to the other' requires more cranking than most batteries can deliver without going flat. The best way to get a diesel engine running that is 'dry' is to tow start it. Les.
