Bigant
Dear All I have just fitted a recon gearbox and I now need to fill it with oil, can I fill it by removing the copper coloured nut covers on the top of the main and transfer boxes or do I have to use the fill/level holes on the sides? Secondly, how much oil should does the box take? Cheers Bigant
RobotMan
Do not undo those! Use the filler plugs on the side, fill to level of plug.

Hi Thanks for the warning, I will use the filler plugs on the sides as you have suggested, what happens if you undo the copper coloured nuts?
