redgolf Posted June 5, 2010 Share Posted June 5, 2010 Seems someone on ebay has got the answer at last instead of spending hundreds of pounds on a new front casing when the fan bearing packs up........Apparantly the bearing is a protected Number (till now) and only sold through Landrover Dealers but you have to buy a new front engine cover which of course has the new bearing in it......Not any more.......It's on ebay under ........Land Rover 300 TDi Viscous Fan Shaft Bearing (rare) .........Nice One!
