DefcoL Posted May 18, 2006 Share Posted May 18, 2006 Hi, with regard to change of use on agri land, I am told that the rule for any motor sport activity is reduced by 50% to only 14 days PA. However; today I phoned DEFRA and they informed me that this is not so . what is the truth? is anyone able to be definitive about this????
