need4speed
Im about ready to fit the rear tub onto my 110 after a full ground-up rebuild that is currently ongoing. Ive just refitted a fully refurbed a-frame and new fuel pump. Apart from fitting the fuel lines is there any jobs that absolutely have to be done before i go ahead and fit the tub. I really dont wanna be taking it back off again because of something ive forgotten. There is no loom as yet - will this be ok to fit after fitment of the tub? western
protect the wiring loom with spiral wrap or split convoluted tubing & cable tie it along the upper inner chassis edge, it'll be well out of harms way & easy to access if the need arises. FridgeFreezer
I'd give the top of the chassis a good few coats of something as it's a right PITFA to weld if it rusts up there. Protect/secure the loom and other plumbing seems like the obvious job.
Mo Murphy
Fit the exhaust, it's much easier being able to do it from the top instead of mucking about lying on your back Mo
