Mr Harry
Looks like the front ARB diff lock airline has chaffed through Once I've located the spare length to replace it, is there anything to be aware of when replacing it? The solenoid end is a push fit if I remember, so just pull out the old and push in the new. At the diff end I think its held in place by compression fitting, so again loosen, pull out the old, push in the new and tighten. Sounds simple, but have I got it right, or anything I have missed?? jcwcooper
Thats about it just unscrew the end on the diff and give it a tug, make sure the copper pipe doesn't disappear in the diff otherwise its diff out job.....It shouldnt disappear too easily though. Hybrid_From_Hell
Rather than replace the entire air line, cut out dmaged bit and replace with female to female couplers, saves hours and £s. I carry then as spares for "Off Road" repairs if needed, and have a few of these joiners in the 2 of the lines now # Also watch the olive thats really a once only usage - a PITFA Size, IMHO deliberate on the part of ARB to make the olives a tad obsure and non standard stock, as such when I found some at a pneumatic engineers I bought 50 for about the price of 3 from ARB !
