Paddy_SP
I'm in the process of adjusting my 300TDi's fuelling - as a result I've just removed the throttle position sensor in order to remove the cover plate. Am I right in thinking this is part of the EGR's control system, and that as it has been blanked off, I can simply unplug and remove the sensor? As ever, any help would be most appreciated! Turbocharger
Yes, the fuelling's all mechanical, the sensor just tells the EGR to open at medium revs and part load.

white90
there is also a solenoid/wiring and vacum tube on the bulkhead when removing this you need to seal the pipe from the airbox to the Turbo remove the EGR as well replace the top pipe with a straight Rubber one from a Non EGR car
