NicTheOrange90
I recently purchased a 'new' winch bumper from a guy who had mounted it on his 90 but then gone for a lower approach angle tubular (he never acually fitted the winch). I measured it up and the normal fairlead that came with my winch is too small to cover the hole (which measures 315x55mm (mounting holes have 390centres). The warn winch Im fitting wont sit centrally (motor gets in the way of the iner web of the bumper). I am looking for a larger fairlead or should I get a blanking plate that covers up the hole and then gives me an opening to match standard fairleads ?.. Also Im thinking of making a top cover for the winch (to make it more secure and away from the elements).. Anyone done this yet ? http://www.extreme4x4.co.uk/acatalog/copy_of_ALLOY_FAIRLEADS.html

NicTheOrange90
Just looked at Devon 4x4. My winch is completely below the level of the bumper, so a 6mm ally plate with a hole for the free spool handle would be ideal.. I can also mount the front number plate on it.
