lacrits68
hello! I wonder where to start looking: My 110 -97 makes an "metalish klonk sound" when hittin an bump, stone etc in 30mph and up. When hitting an pothole this sound and shake is not present, only with "Bumps". Sound is like "loose things" or there is play somewhere in the steering. Whwn hitting a "bumP" there is slight very short "shake" ( cant realy say its a "wobble) too! This happend only on left hand side frontwheel hit a "bump". ( my car is LHD) any ideas what might be wrong? recently changed chromeball and adjusted preload so it should be OK! anything else that migh cause this? cheers Jan
LR90
Panhard rod bushes/mountings might be worth a check? Also how good are the shock absorber bushes.
