Pollarhullar
I have a 93 RRC, never been any problem, always started and has been a god send in the recent weather. However I got in it yesterday, clicked the alarm / immobiliser off and attempted to put the key in the ignition. I say attempted as it just will not go in, bizarre I know, and no it isn't the rear tailgate key! It is as if, when you stand os the vehicle and look, as though a ball bearing is not yielding when the key is offered into the lock, but this is just a guess! Has anyone else experienced this, or am I plain going round the bend?
Range Rover Blues
When they get a bit worn they can start playing up, I was stranded in my sisters before christams and just a sI got the point of giving up it decided to behave. Try puting the key in diagonaly to try and lift hat bearing out of the way, I'd some sort of anti-picking device I think.
ThreeSheds
Mine occasionally does that (perhaps half a dozen times a year) but has always worked in the end... I just keep fiddling and trying and eventually it works.... So far
