A few years ago I was visiting with my folks and we drove past a 10 story apartment building. The bricks from the 3rd floor up to the 8th floor had all fallen away onto a 4 lane road below, on a sunday morning at about 1030 or 11 am. The really amazing part of it all was that there were only two cars damaged and they were both parked directly under the wall that collapsed. No moving traffic was hit and nobody injured.
