willfromsussex
Just been fitting in replacement rear crossmember, hinge pin holes too large so the splines on the ends of the hinge pins just pass right through, anyone else had this? Panel is from Paddocks. Whats the best way to sort this?
Range Rover Blues
A bolt with an unthreaded section perhaps, or a roll pin, or a length of bar and 2 split pins, or a blot of weld and redrill the holes, or weld a thin washer over the hole to reduce the size, or 4 centre punch marks around the hole to reduce it'd size on that size very slightly. willfromsussex
thanks will give some of those a go. However found a bigger problem with the crossmember, I'll put up another post about it.
