Been around landy's for 30 + years i have to say i've never seen this on a series ? looks like was fitted from new ? I would think you may be referring to the very same headlining I had in my S2a I hadn't seen that before so I googled around and found that it was indeed genuine but not fitted to many vehicles. It's a very "detailed" lining that has small bits and pieces to cover up everything. It might well be the very same, but can confirm when you upload a pic.
