subseauk
Hi Still trying to sort out my handbrake issues but i'm sure not having any securing nuts at the lever end does not help!! Does anyone know what size these nuts are as i can't seem to find a part number ( i am assuming they want to sell the whole cable!!! ). I have attached the drawing showing the cable ( mine is the bottom type ) cheers Kev If anyone has these retaining nuts laying around after a cable change perhaps they would be willing to donate them? Bowie69
I don't have any nuts , but IIRC they are the same thread as LR wheel nuts, so if you have a couple kicking around you might be able to get the job done...

Retroanaconda
LR wheel nuts are M16 I believe, although the wheel nuts are 27mm tool size whereas 'normal' M16 nuts are 24mm.
Bowie69
Cool, only reason I know is I turned an RRC alloy wheel nut down and drilled the center out to secure the end of the cable, when using it on an RRC handbrake lever, on an Asia Rocsta... with a Suzuki X-brake. How the f... did we think that one up
