white90
If you sunroof suddenly fails to move or tries to move one side only your probably suffering for broken slider mech and not broken cables. this is apparently a common fault that neccessitates a new guide section that costs in the region of £80ish. My thanks to Scrumps for helping me fix Vals.
TB134
Got this problem with my 98 XEDi Station Wagon, nearside part of sunroof is jammed in semi-tilted position, that would allow water in. Got the sunroof cassette out fairly easily, but can't move the roof glass at all. Offside works OK, but jams as nearside is stuck. I can't dismantle the assembly, as the screws are accessible when the glass roof is moved back, and it's stuck... Any suggestions? Cheers
