Can I point this out to you -that's way below the windscreen line and nowhere near the winch loop on the passenger side... more likely for wing bars if you ask me
they are on both sides that means there to hold the wings inplace
the lower ones are to keep the wings in place

They bolt to the footwells, in a effort to give the bulkhead a little more rigidity.

Well at least I didn't think it was a winch hook :P

Very nice idea too -I find my series bulkhead wants to flop back and forward a fair bit too, in fact I am sure it is where some of the squeaks are coming from!

You'd allready proved you were wrong by copying the pic into paint and circling the bit you were wrong about!

Now back to the 109;

So just as it was looking finished, i cut the ends off the rear x member.
