Re-spooling my entire winch line after finding it wasn't on the drum tight enough when doing the first punch and was just slipping. doh! Well it was first time out for the newly fitted winch... Trying to pull Bish into the gully... Turbocharger using his milemarker to get to the punch... Progress 1/2 hour later And Nick's turn... Doing the punches right by the meeting point... I think Bish was impressed by my superman impression B) Stretchy red/white tape... Re-splicing, again... (or did you try but then noticed my wings were knackered already.. ) and the snorkel wasn't going anywhere... i did wonder who had gone through the tape for that punch from the tracks on collecting them, so Turbo charger owned up because Nikki had a picture of him!!!!! That would be me splicing your c*&p rope for the second time, after doing Nicks not 30 mins before, and about a hour before having to change a wheel (well Nick acctually) which cost us a fair bit of time....as did telling Adrian how to drive ! JST Posted July 31, 2006 Share Posted July 31, 2006 Yeah Jon that great but you cost Tangoman and TJ101 points as you made it three of you that got that punch therefore dropping the value of the punch!!! tape indicates either: 1. Closed off sections to limit access on the land owners site. (eg across tracks or other Hazards) 2. Out of Bounds areas to make it harder to achieve some punches. tape should not be crossed (driven through or over or under) or broken . You may winch through it. Adrian just driving around Turbocharger about to surprise Will with the speed of his winch and run him over Simon attempting to catch the snapped winch line! Or is he standing on the roof of the 90 chucking the winch line up .. Nick going for the same punch.. Bish and Andy laughing at Mark being stuck... Bish's turn to head in.. Mark looking happy at pulling Bish out .. Tim looking for Vic's glasses Hybrid cooling down.. Paul in the river bed.. Julian and or his teamate both of them.. a collection of Suzuki's failing to climb out, as everybody did apart from Paul - Little Si has a good video of him doing this.. Another member of the winning team of Suzuki's.. Dan really Mildly miffed off - takes a break! After getting a fat lip from a winch line, electrocuted twice he was not in a good mood. Paul deals with the winch .. ok I've had enough of typing now, so you'll have to guess the rest.. Stu's damage.. and slightly bent track rod.. One of the punches set out by your friendly forum sadist! Dan sinking into the mud on the first punch. Some winching was quite long - Tony dragging himself out. Sticky larking about. Dan worrying about how far his truck will tilt. Gotta be a caption competition in there somewhere. A window box on the back bumper is a novel idea. Nose first into the ditch Les.
