IanS
The original Land Rover item is the only one I've seen which is the right spec. Around £120 or so from a main dealer. I changed mine earlier this year and the one that came out appeared to be the original. 9 years isn't bad. You need around 110Ah / 800 CCA. ChrisH
been looking around Not many people offer a 110Ah/800CCA for a Disco 2 can you tell me what sort of battery you got? or if anyone else has some ideas?
BogMonster
The original ones were Delphi and I think the current crop of LR batteries are Varta but not as good IMHO. The LR part number is YGD100860. A 70Ah is way too small, should be 800CCA/110Ah as said.
ChrisH
just been to a couple of places neither seem to stock anything for a Disco 2. One shop sells Exide batteries that I always go for in past but even after phoning Exide they don't have anything for a Disco2... could not believe it.. so is there anywhere online you can get them
