SteveR1 Posted February 4, 2012 Share Posted February 4, 2012 Hi, Sorry - new Freelander (1) owner. I have Googled and searched, but can't find any advice on jacking the Freelander 1. Could someone post a list, as well as a diagram if one exists? If I've missed the post or article, please send a link and sorry in advance! I don't just mean the sill reinforcements. Ideally I want to know where best to put a large trolley jack under the front somewhere (some kind of cross-member), and also separately the rear, so that I can put the axle stands straight under the sill reinforcements. Have a look in the Requests for Part Numbers forum in the tech archive for details of how to download it. It's VERY useful. I've attached some snips of the relevant diagrams to get you started.
