sj_4x4 Posted June 29, 2012 Share Posted June 29, 2012 Mud Monsters and Challenger 4x4 are proud to announce the Monster Challenge, August Bank Holiday weekend the 25/26th This is a new type of event to combine some fast driving and some winch challenge sections, please see the new web site for full information, basically a 6km track with fast sprints, river crossings, woodland, man made obstacles and bog runs. There are also 20 special stages to complete, one per lap, the winner will be the team who does the most laps over the course of the weekend. http://monster-challenge.com Lots to watch and see with large spectator areas, burger and ice cream vans, hog roast and party on Saturday night. Bring the family down from Friday to Monday for a long week end of camping in the beautiful Sussex Country side. We hope to have some fun stuff to do for the kids, as we are looking to make this a family weekend, not just a driving event. A deposit will be needed to compete so please follow the links on the web site to book your place, this will not be an event you want to miss. We at mud monsters aim to offer some of the best run events in the UK, and with Paul Bass from Challenger 4x4 at our side, we hope to make this an annual event that will hopefully become a regular fixture in the 4x4 calender. sj_4x4 Posted August 21, 2012 Author Share Posted August 21, 2012 This event has been delayed until the 15/16th I afraid the reason is quite simply the numer of people who have had to pull out becasue they have broken their vehicles at Interclub and King of the Valeys, hopefully the delay will allow them to fix thier vehicles and make the new date.
