Paul Posted September 8, 2006 Share Posted September 8, 2006 The greatest touring car racing driver ever, and the the finest ambassador the sport has ever seen IMHO. Dead in a crash in the targa. The missus and I have spoken to Peter Perfect on many occasions at the various touring car races around OZ. Being an accountant, I'm not normarmally pre-disposed to displays of emotion but I'm feeling more than a little upset at the mo. I was lucky enough to meet him a couple of times in the pits at few different race tracks, he was very genuine, and seemed to have time to speak to all the spectators and fans.
