Maverik
I'm looking at putting a standard seat belt set-up in the truck and some of the original brackets are still in place but I think I'm missing some for the seat belt latch/button part of the assembly... I think the brackets I need are 395249... can anyone shed any light at all? Cheers Mav

western
by 'clicker' do you mean the seatbelt stalk ? I'm noy 100% sure as I've never owned a 90, but it should be bolted to the rear of the seatbox & base of central bulkhead just inboard of the seats. Retroanaconda
There's a small bracket that bolts to the top of the a-frame crossmember, and then this pick up on the bottom of the tub. At this point in the tub there is an integral steel support that has the 7/16" nuts welded in it for the seatbelt bolts.

western
might be item 26 &/or 30 on page 797 http://www.retroanac...is_p794-923.pdf
Retroanaconda
Yep, item 26. Two of, and they're handed R/L. Item 30 is a nut plate that bolts it to the small tab on the top of the a-frame crossmember
Maverik
ok, i've got those... but how does it connect to the seatbelt stalk, as that bracket bolts to the box section which is on the underside of the seatbox or the box section that sits just underneith the rear bulkhead... Retroanaconda
Have a look at this photo: Notice the two sort-of-triangular right-angled brackets in the middle of the front face of the underside of the tub. You can see the seatbelt stalks and the bolts coming through the brackets. The "item 26" brackets on top of the chassis bolt up to the rear face of these - sandwiching the lower part of the tub bulkhead (the hole is just visible on the outward end of the bracket's vertical face - filled somewhat with underseal in this picture). Retroanaconda
There's also the photo in this post: http://forums.lr4x4.com/index.php?showtopic=64336entry556021 Which shows the brackets jutting forward from the crossmember to the vertical face of the tub's bulkhead (and to the brackets behind that). Maverik
Ok got another question, said bracket is PN 395252, according to the parts diagram there is also a tie bar behind it MRC4885, is this in addition to... NRC9698? if so where does this bolt too?
western
that bar is item 2 in http://www.allbrit.d...0508&SPRACHE=EN looks like required parts to me to stiffen the bracket against bending NRC9698 item 33 x 2 in http://www.allbrit.de/UNI.cfm?PAGE=764169&SPRACHE=EN#33 looks like the fit under the cross member at centre bulkhead fixings
Retroanaconda
NRC9698 is just the nut plate used to attatch the bracket to the top of the gearbox crossmember: http://www.brit-car.co.uk/product.php?xProd=126532 As for MRC4885, I've never seen that fitted to a car. According to this page it is for soft-top vehicles: http://www.brit-car.co.uk/product.php?xProd=140642
