djcraigb Posted December 2, 2012 Share Posted December 2, 2012 hi i have a 2000 1.8 petrol freelander and its been fine with no major proplems till a fw weeks ago, its started juddering or even dying when you put your foot down its fine if your running at constant revs but as soon as you go to pull away from a roundabout or jounction and need some power the power dies as if it has no fuel or to much fuel. its been in the garage and they cheacked the fuel pressure, and the injectors and coils and there fine all the sensores in the whole car have been checked and ok, the engine temp sensore has been replaced and injector cleaner has been put through but its still doing it!!!! please someone help cos i cant drive it like this Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

lazmuler Posted January 11, 2013 Share Posted January 11, 2013 Did you have the problem fixed? You should probably have a look at the throttle sensor.. start with checking the wires, then the sensor.
