02920al
Anyone have any recommendations for reconditioned fuel injectors? Anyone tried these as opposed to buying brand new? I've got an 05 freelander TD4. Thanks!
FridgeFreezer
First confirm you really do need it - I have seen many people on here with problems that the mechanic has said "you need 4 new injectors" and then ££££ later the problem is still there. One injector going wrong is unlucky, all 4 going wrong at the same time pretty much never happens, and there's usually something cheaper/more sensible to try before spending the money. Leeh1306
I'd check the harness try disconnecting the injector leads and clean them with an electrical contact cleaner it's world for me in the past when mine flagged up a screwed injector. Leeh1306
No probs hope it works sometimes the Insulation starts breaking Down causing a open circuit type fault on the injector which gives the same symptoms as a nacked Injector you can test with a multimeter if you have one its easy
