mickeyw
I had a minor panic this afternoon when I went to remove a rear wheel. My rattle gun battery had died, so out came the breaker bar to loosen the wheel nuts. Bear in mind I had already jacked the wheel off the ground, I leant on the bar and thought, ah better let the jack down. But the wheel was solid, completely solid, not even a bit of transmission backlash! First thought, seized wheel bearing? They're pretty new so unlikely,(no they weren't Britpart ) The truck was chocked, so handbrake was off, not in gear. Still trying to figure it out..... Then I remembered how the X-pedal lock pushes on the brake pedal when deployed. Panic over, phew. I hadn't realised quite how much it pushed the pedal! Quite a handy feature really
CwazyWabbit
It's also quite a neat way to test the brake lights
