bluespanner
Does anyone know if Steve Parker makes his downpipes out of 2 or 2.5" pipe? Thanks in advance. Roly
smokinv8
Cant remember the sizing but its got an optional sleeve in it too fit the TD exhaust or removed to fit the TDi, so id guess its 2.5".
bluespanner
Hmm Righto. Well as far as I can see, those Steve Parker exhausts are just made up from jetex tight 90 pressed bends so I'll have a bash. Is it possible to buy the flanges without having to buy a whole 300tdi down pipe?
Briarston
I'm assuming it's a Disco lump? My first thought was to cut the flange off the cast iron Disco piece that bolts to the turbo and bronze the steel bend into it. However, due to the inner shape of the casting this wasn't easily done, so I cut a flange out of 3/8" sreel plate using the old flange as a template.
