exskimmer Posted January 3, 2013 Share Posted January 3, 2013 i moved my 97 discovery out of the driveway to clear snow i left it running it surged and stopped it now wont start, it has no spart at all. do crank position sensors fail this way? i can hear the fuel pump running but it continues to run even though the engine is not running.the engine is a 4.0l v8 with distributerless ignition. any ideas i dont know where to start looking.
