jacklawrence
hi my 2000 td5 90 struggles to start when hot, sometimes the starter motor wont even turnover. but when it is stone cold just let it preheat and start on the button. the water in fuel light is on im going to service it next sunday to sort that but just wondered if that would have anything to do with it.tah jack
western
water in fuel shouldn't have any affect on starting, AFAIK it's just a warning & not connected via the engines brain.
