brent 3045
Started my 90 up, then just seemed to cut out, wouldn't start or bump at all. Just seems to turn over now, no chance of running. Any ideas?
western
check the fuel shutoff soleniod wire is intact & attached, also test for 12v on the wire when the engine is turned over by starter, if OK, it's probably a dead soleniod,

brent 3045
Just noticed a wire loose on fuel pump pushed it on, fired up straight away, moved it down drive and cut out again. Now won't start again
western
try the wire again, if it starts, thats the problem, the terminal probably needs squeezing to close it up to get a secure connection.

western
or it could be a dying or sticky soleniod, you'll need a 8mm socket or open end spanner to remove the wire connection tag & a ground down 24mm spanner to undo the soleniod, it's not a easy job to remove it.
