BogMonster Posted September 20, 2006 Share Posted September 20, 2006 As already said, you aren't supposed to but half an inch either way is fine, you aren't supposed to put 33x12.50R15 on 8x15 rims either (min 8.5s) but everybody here does both with no problem. 265/75R16 are another matter and I have seen some split down the centreline of the tread which I put down to the tyre carcass being over stressed by the beads being pulled in too far Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
