need4speed Posted April 16, 2013 Share Posted April 16, 2013 As title. Just wondering if folks could post up some pics of the sill channel/seatbox interface on a 90 or 110 HT. Something on mine isnt quite right, and looking at the parts book (page 765) it shows 4 lokut nuts. Im confused by this because surely if there is lokut's there you wont be able to put seatbox bolts through there. I tried to attach a pic showing what i mean, but i get a message saying im not permitted to attach file type.. western Posted April 16, 2013 Share Posted April 16, 2013 & here it appears, forum doesn't like bmp files, I've converted this to jpg. IIRC the seatbox outer edge flange is secured with 3 bolts/nuts to the top face of the sill channel, there should be 3 boltholes. in it. the plastic loknuts are for the floor plates to secure too with screws.
