Madcowz
Hi, I'm looking at having my business details printed on to a spare wheel cover and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for covers. I've 265/75 R16 tyres and been told that a semi-rigid cover is best. thanks.
Glue
The last few wheel covers I've had done have been by Cutlers in Bury St Edmunds (http://www.wheelcover.com) They've been very good over the phone about discussing options, prices and durability. For long term use I've got Semi Rigids, but they've also made a soft for me where it only needed to last a week or so. HTH
gazelle
I had mine done on a semi rigid about 4 years ago (I think, doesn't time fly when you are having fun!). It is just starting to look a little tatty now, with some cracking where it touches a light, a bit of dangling material and some scrapes on the surface, but these are generally not noticable. It has lasted well. As I have updated logos and designs to make things look a bit more modern I have redesigned mine and am also looking to replace it. This time I will be looking for a professional sign writer, as the people who did the last one did a sort of approximation to the design, hand cut out. I too will be looking for someone to do my cover, so I will let you know/watch this space. I am also looking for A-boards, and signs I can put on the boats when I am there so will try and find someone who can do all of these for me. Martin PS Cannot remember who did it for me before. Madcowz
Thanks for your replies guys. Only just spotted them as the forum didn't email me/my spam software gobbled them up.
Guest
I used a semi ridged wheel cover gloss black and added a large sticker to it this meant we could change things without great expense, vynal stickers can be printed for not a lot of money and look very professional.
