Recommended Posts

Seems only fair.

Some stuff pops up thats got real potential and is quite nice.

Hell, maybe a post here will spur a member to bid n buy it

Not a ££££££££££S bling 4x4s, just billy bargain 4x4s that are not sheds and have potential

PROPER 2 dr RR Bobtail .......Not a F pick up "Bobtail"

Mmm.... Checking the rules Nige....

"posts must meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • Must be technical in nature.
  • 4x4 or offroad related.
  • Of benefit to the membership."

May have scraped in with point 2 but dubious..

In the corner again please young man.....

Dubious yes, but surely it is something that could be of benefit to the membership?

I have one of these in exactly that spec, right down to the colour scheme.

When it does go wrong, it is an absolute pig to work on.

I wonder if the roll cage (or is it a climbing frame?) in the background is included in the sale? ;) I think someone ought to ask!

Nicely spotted Si however it's the railing around a boat that's parked next to it (I think) which might also explain the rather corroded rear chassis ;)

Its nice, but i'd very much doubt its a 370+ hp engine! They just dont breathe well enough.

It could be, Nige's motor is around the 330bhp mark I believe. If its a TVR lump and more revvy it could make more.

Now I like that L-N :)

Not quite sure why they made the tiny doors openable though

Now that is nice. However no PAS and a 2.25 l petrol. Bet that was a loooong, noisy drive down from Scotland. Your co-driver probably could set up a camp bed in the back though. Could probably manage 'blades tuning' driver changes too!

That is interesting! Cut the back overhang off, coil conversion, disk brakes and a Td5 - and it would be great! ( ;) Just kidding!)
