Bowie69 Posted June 30, 2013 Share Posted June 30, 2013 Don't bother, the only way you can let your engine breath better with same filter area is allow larger particles through which then reward any perceived gain by making your engine wear at 3 times the rate. FridgeFreezer Posted July 1, 2013 Share Posted July 1, 2013 Bigger issue with TD4 is it has a hotwire type airflow meter which, if the various TD5 stories on here are any guide, does not like being coated in a fine mist of oil from the air filter.
