02920al
Hi, my 05 freelander td4 has the traction control warning lights coming on quite a lot at the moment. Sometimes on then straight off sometimes on and stays on. Any ideas? Thanks!!!!
EggNChips
When the light is on, try pressing the footbrake and releasing. If it goes out then it's probably the brake pedal switch.
Adeyt
I just bought a freelander Td4 and after going through some deep standing water following a deluge both the TC amber light and hill descent amber came on after a few moles and stayed on . Could the water be the cause ?
FridgeFreezer
The ABS/ETC/HDC lights are a common issue, if you read back through the freelander forum you'll find several previous threads on the topic. From memory, common culprits include: The switch on the gearstick ABS sensor Brake pedal switch ABS ECU (£££ so last resort)
02920al
think mine was the switch as it seems to have stopped now......... until next time!!
