FridgeFreezer
ok. Did the continuity test and it doesn´t buzz.......... so what's my solution to this problem????? wire it directly to the ECU? shouldn't the relay board be prepared for this type of option??? The MS relay board is not the greatest layout ever, it does have some (small) pads for the SPR1-4 inputs so you can wire to those. Unfortunately MS's designers have to make a few compromises as the boards must be "all things to all people", and when they make a board, people think of some new feature which would be easier if the board was different somehow... csimoes
but my wire is connected to that pad for spr1 and the signal doesn't go through. what do you advice? connect the wire that comes from the LPG directly to pin 3 of the db37 on the ECU? FridgeFreezer
Just to be 100% sure, these pads?
csimoes
no no no (lost in translation) my wire goes to the screwed thingy on the bottom. S1 i thought that was the spr1 connection!!
csimoes
i just looked at Nige's installation manual and it doesn't say that S1 is for SPR1...... so the problem must be that.... Note to Nige: for dumb asses like myself, add a few more instructions about SPR connections on a Relay board
