PeterW
Afternoon... Just ordered my new toy vehicle, and I need to do something about the rear lights...! Its a Tiger Cat, and has those lovely caravan style block lights on the rear wings. So, where is the best place to get some nice bling low profile lights, preferably LED, and not stoopidly expensive...?? Cheers Pete
FridgeFreezer
Why not stick Series ones on - cheap, plentiful, classic and you can stick LED bulbs in if you want Nice vehicle - you building it yourself? What lump are you using?

What lump are you using? Fridge The thought about using series lights had crossed my mind more than once..! Yep - building it myself ! I figure starting from scratch is easier than doing the total strip and rebuild that was my series 3..!! Lump going in for the SVA etc is the standard 1.6 lump coming out of my very nice 1993 Sierra.... I have then got a few bits (205 block etc) to build a little more 'potent' pinto up. Did consider Zetec and Megasquirt, but want it up and running first ! Cheers Pete

Peter no, formula27, but a 7-type rep. this is how it looked after failing the SVA (oh, I shouldn't say this but Mac#1 are reckoned to be the bees kness...) you're not making a BEC? After talking to Paul at Tiger, BEC is a definite no go for me... He recons they are ok for a quick blast now and again, as long as you like spending months rebuilding the engine afterwards... Bit like V8 Landrovers really... So what did you fail on...?? Can you really fit Harnesses for the SVA...? Cheers Pete
