Frax Posted May 4, 2014 Share Posted May 4, 2014 Hi I have been running 35" tyres for the last 3 year but towing a trailer has been a right pain. It takes so long to get up to speed and struggle to get out of third gear. I always thought it ran better on 33" and the speedo with this size tyre ran spot on so decided to go back to 33". Changed them back yesterday and I am happy - I get up to speed a lot quicker and the engine does not sound like it is strugling as much. I am going to stay at this size now, still 12" wide and I have only lost 1" in overall hight. Just thought I would share my thoughts.
