elbekko
With us getting some newer vehicles, the old Rovacom is starting to get a little outdated (and broken...). It doesn't even fully support my Bosch RR. So we've been looking at some newer alternatives. The vehicles that need to be supported for now: - P38 (definitely Bosch, GEMS would be nice) - 2004 L322 - 2008ish RRS Looking at the Nanocom and Hawkeye, it gets expensive quick, especially when you also need 20 different cables... The Lynx Professional seems like a good deal, especially if we can split the costs. Does anyone have any experience with this system, especially on the above vehicles? Is it any good, or is it typical Britpart (the name is putting me off a bit)? The promised feature list seems pretty nice.
discomikey
IIRC it was developed by someone else, cant remember the name of the company, would be worth finding out who its developed by and then hopefully it will be a decent company, nfortunately not had any experience of it, maybe the LR mags have, itll be a long shot but maybe you could contact them and ask? any friendly independant LR specialists around you who may already use it? elbekko
Yeah, it was developed by Omnitec, same as the T4 apparently. No-one around me that uses it AFAIK, our parts supplier does import it and he says he hasn't heard anything bad, but I'd still like to hear some first-hand experience

elbekko
Thanks for that, sounds very good. That's why I'm worried, almost sounds too good to be true
