reb78
Right, seals finally done today and its quieter when it purges and starts and runs without stalling now. I still have this running problem detailed here though http://forums.lr4x4.com/index.php?showtopic=92214 (as an aside, those copper washers werent genuine despite what the chap from lrdirect said. They simply wouldnt fit the injector tip without an unreasonable amount of force. I nipped out to AJDs this afternoon and bought some genuine in LR packets and the slipped straight on - bumped into V8Freak up there as well!) Rangy35
They have never slipped on, LR has a special nylon tool to very lightly tap them on. But hey times change.

I cant understand the difference here then. I had one set in plain packaging, all which wouldn't fit and another in genuine packets all of which just slid up the tip with gentle finger pressure and didn't move once the injector was turned over for fitting. With the tight ones, i considered using a long socket to gently tap them home, but in my opinion they would have deformed and certainly damaged the copper. The difference was quite marked between them and the second set as above.
