Same engine, transmission and suspension as the quad I had at Tony's this summer but with more bodywork - weighs in at about 1/2 tonne, no rear differential, locking front diff. as standard and has a 6000lb winch - only 27" tyres though. Its got a few extras: 6" Lift with HD CV's and Axles, ITP Wheels anodised black with 27" ITP mud lites, Remaped CDI unit, Lightforce 140 lights, Optima yellow top bat, Superwinch EP9 9000lb winch 1500lb Ramsey rear winch 65 AMP alternator Alloy roof, alloy skid plate, alloy rear buck, custom front and rear bumpers, alloy doors, Belt & intake Snorkle, Extended breathers. Strengthened Rear final drive gearbox mounts, strengthened front diff mounts Fully preped for Challenge events. It will be for sale soon if anyone is interested. Chris Abel Posted November 9, 2006 Share Posted November 9, 2006 never been raced or rallied, or on it's roof Its got to go soon, im moving house this weekend so wont get the chance for a while to get it ready to sell, Im going to take off most of extras apart from the suspension lift and tyres, because no one is going to buy it when they see how battered the doors and roof are! Im now on the lookout for a defender 90 300tdi, I did think about a disco but its to much work to turn into a proper challenge truck.
