gixernicky
HI, can anyone help me with some mechanical info?? I have a freelander 1 TD4 '05 reg, Ive had a new clutch and master cylinder fitted, but after about a week it starts to get difficult to get into gear to the point where I have to put it in gear with the ignition off and is an absolute nightmare to drive. the guy that does my truck keeps taking it back, but only a little bit of air comes out of the nipple and its not leaking any fluid, its fine when he's done that, but doesn't seem to last very long. Ive also had another master cylinder to rule that out. It's very frustrating. Has anyone any ideas??
tacr2man
Sounds like the hydraulic system is taking in air , so not getting full disengagement of clutch . This is indicated by the fact that its OK after a bleed. HTSH
