Ragnar the boat builder
Hi. I just bought a 2003 Discovery that had the radiator and temp gauge replaced. No problems but I'm new to this type of vehicle. The top radiator hose gets really hot fast and stays hot for hours. I'm wondering if I should be concerned? Thanks! BogMonster
Top hose takes hot water from the engine so it should be hot (about 88C)
hangover
All liquid cooled engines with have a hot top rad hose ( and bottom ) if it didnt it either has the t/stat removed or no coolant.
