TD5 - Euro2 head on a Euro3 type engine ???

Bought an accidented 110 TD5 with 15P type engine (Euro3).

The engine has a hole in the alu housing so needs a new head.

Now I have a good head here in the garage but it turns out to be a 10P (Euro2) type.

Can I swap the injectors and use the 10p head or better search a 15p head?

Can not see a problem with the mod, the only thing that may be of a small concern if my memory is still serving me correctly is the re programming of the injector grades into the ECU, done this ten or so years ago, it my not like the new numbers but she should still run good.
