mrfish
After 5 years of trying to work out where the annoying rattle is on the 110 i have finally found it. The caliper in the X-Brake seems to be rattling. What is the best solution?
Retroanaconda
It will be the pads rattling where they have come loose. There is a rebuild kit available, isn't too difficult to strip the caliper down and rebuild it - glueing the pads in nice and tight to try and prevent re-occurrence. landroversforever
Where's the rebuild kit from James? I'm after the plastic bush bit that seals the pivot, and the 4 orings that go into the casting where the two plastic bushes run.

Anderzander
The fitting instructions have a section on stopping the pad rattle. The PDFs will be on foundary's site.
