miketomcat
Finally we've hashed out plans for the night run it will start around 7pm till 11pm. Groups of 5 trucks one being a marshal don't expect them to lead though some might but not all, following a set greenlane style route marked with reflective tape. If you want to know more you'll have to come and find out...... Mike

landroversforever
Gutted that I'm missing this yet again. Don't think that pushing a chassis around on a set of castors will get me very far

discomikey
Gutted i'm missing this. Do I really need to graduate? Haha
Hakem
Looks amazing from what I've seen, never made the trip myself. I thought the reason people hammered their cars on a Sunday afternoon was to save diesel on the way home with it on the back of a big yellow taxi? miketomcat
Bookings need to be via the online form and no later than Thursday lunchtime. See you all there. Mike
miketomcat
Just a taste of what you missed. What a fantastic weekend great weather good company some of the best offroading I've done. Mike
elbekko
That looks awesome! Will you only be doing this in the September edition, or also for Summer Sisters? (I realise it's a bit harder then because the days are longer)
miketomcat
For summer sisters (june) we're planning to lengthen the sat a bit (not sure to what time yet as people apparently need to eat and pubs have a habit of stopping serving) but at that time of year it doesn't get dark till 22.30 no night run. As for seven sisters (september) the night run was such a hit with those that made it yes we are hoping to run it again next year. elbekko
I guess we'll have to start planning for September then Or both...
landrover598
A fantastic weekend, great weather, great company and only minor damage. Thoroughly enjoyed the night nav and hopefully next years will be even better. A few snaps to whet your appetite.
Bowie69
So Fridge, did you get up the waterfall?
elbekko
Brilliant pictures as always, David! Chris, did I see your 90 in some of the pictures after all?
Chris Davies
Great night shots Dave, very atmospheric. Well spotted Ben, I had to look hard to see it was mine in that night shot, so yes I did go in the end, had a great time.
elbekko
Haha, I didn't recognise it in that shot, saw it in one of Theresa's pictures on Facebook. Good to hear you had a great time and found a new adopted family
FridgeFreezer
Cool piccies Dave as usual. So Fridge, did you get up the waterfall? No, the beer would fall out of the fridge if I tried that. Not to mention I'd get murdered to death if I put any new dents in or break anything Anyway, part of the awesomeness of 7 Sisters is you can turn up in something like the ambulance, or a freelander, etc. and spend all weekend driving round having fun without doing any damage. And you can pull over by the tricky bits and watch others doing damage instead
miketomcat
I'm going to revive this thread as it has some great pictures from last year's event. So this year's event is 17th-18th September. We will be running the night event again and this year there will be a bbq between the day and night sections. For more details and booking:- http://www.shirelrc.com/seven-sisters/ See you all there. FridgeFreezer
With a following wind and the skin off my knuckles I'm determined to be there with the 109 at long last. Either that or I'll be there in the ambulance taking photos and avoiding side-slopes
Bowie69
At least it will give the freebie a break....
miketomcat
Less than a month to go. Can you tell i'm looking forward to it (nothing at all to do with the fact I'll be kid and wife free) just wish I had some time to get the ibex finished.
